This summer is all about color, and what’s hotter right now than coral and mint? We’re seeing these colors just about everywhere – dresses, tops, denim, accessories, nails… you name it! They make the perfect pair, but they also work just as well on their own.

This yummy duo reminds us of the pretty pastels in fresh summer smoothies. Smoothies are our favorite way to start the day, and they couldn’t be easier to make! We whipped up a few of our favorite recipes, and they just so happen to come in our favorite shades of cool coral and mellow mint. Yes, that means one of them is green, but don’t let that stop you – the flavor is just as delightful as the color, and it packs a powerful punch of vitamins and nutrients. Give them a try (if you dare) – just blend up the ingredients below and enjoy! Don’t forget to let us know what you think of them!

- 1/2 c. sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 c. sliced peaches, fresh or frozen
- 6 oz. peach flavored Greek yogurt
- A squirt of honey
- Ice (as necessary)

- A few leaves of fresh mint, chopped
- 1/2 c. fresh spinach
- 1/2 c. pineapple chunks, fresh of frozen
- 1 banana
- 6 oz. Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 c. Milk (Reduced Fat, Skim, or Soy)
- A squirt of honey
- Ice (as necessary)
